Full refund with no deductions. Amount credited within 5-7 business days.
75% of the ticket fare refunded. 25% retained as cancellation charges.
50% of the ticket fare refunded. 50% retained as late cancellation charges.
No refund is available for cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure.
Go to "My Bookings" and select the booking you wish to cancel. Click the "Cancel Booking" button.
Review the applicable refund amount based on your cancellation timing. Confirm the cancellation.
The refund will be automatically calculated and submitted for processing.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank account) within 5-7 business days.
