Please read these terms carefully before using Rydex.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rydex ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Minors may use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including a valid CNIC number and Pakistani mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Rydex is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your password.
One person may not maintain more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Rydex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective transport operator.
Each ticket is linked to the passenger CNIC provided at the time of booking. The passenger must present valid CNIC at boarding.
Seat selection is first-come, first-served and subject to the operator bus layout.
Rydex acts as an intermediary platform between passengers and operators. The actual transport service is provided by the operator.
Passengers must arrive at the departure terminal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Rydex is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by the transport operator.
4. Payment Terms
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or other supported payment methods.
A booking is only confirmed after successful payment processing. Pending payments may result in booking expiry.
Rydex may charge a convenience fee for platform services, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Rydex does not store your payment credentials.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: 100% refund of the ticket fare.
Cancellation 12-24 hours before departure: 75% refund of the ticket fare.
Cancellation 6-12 hours before departure: 50% refund of the ticket fare.
Cancellation less than 6 hours before departure: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
If the operator cancels a trip, passengers receive a full 100% refund regardless of timing.
No-show passengers are not entitled to a refund.
6. Operator Responsibilities
Transport operators must maintain accurate schedules, pricing, and bus information on the Platform.
Operators must ensure all buses listed on Rydex meet safety and regulatory standards.
Operators are required to honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform.
Operators must maintain proper insurance coverage for passengers and cargo as per Pakistani law.
Operators found engaging in overbooking, price manipulation, or safety violations will be suspended from the Platform.
Operators must respond to passenger complaints within 48 hours.
7. Platform Rules
Users must not post false reviews, spam, or misleading content on the Platform.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards other users, operators, or staff will result in immediate account suspension.
Users must not attempt to bypass the Platform payment system for bookings made through Rydex.
Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Users must not impersonate other individuals or entities.
Rydex reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rydex provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
Rydex is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the transport journey, which is the responsibility of the operator.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for technical disruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rydex regarding the use of the Platform.
